Twice As Nice - Expired

DATE: Friday Night 26th July
TIME: eyes down 7:45pm….. doors & books from 6:30pm. These nights have ALLOCATED SEATS. There is no need to rush in to secure a seat as you will have already been assigned one. You may pick your own seats upon booking – however, first in, best dressed, we cannot “hold” your favourite seat before you book.

PRICES: 18 books for $200. Each player MUST purchase this package.

BOOKINGS: OPEN: Friday 31st May at 9:00am. Once sold out, a waiting list will be available. We have reduced the number of patrons attending this event, and will have a strict cut-off number. Book early to avoid disappointment!!

Full payment required by 10:00pm Friday 19th July. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXTENSIONS!!

All packages cancelled by staff will immediately be offered to the people on the waiting list.

You may book for more than one person, however each booking will require a $20 deposit.


EVERY player will need a PET. However, we will allow up to 36 books per PET machine for people who would like to share a PET. You can also still play paper books – any amount you wish. The remainder of the package will need to be loaded onto the PET.

PLEASE NOTE!!! If two or more people share a PET, you will have to share any winnings on the PET. There is no easy way to distinguish whose books are who’s on a PET. Patrons can work out the finer details with the person/s they are sharing a PET with, but we thought we should mention this in advance.

ALSO!!! Please note that Pet machines AUTOMATICALLY mark your numbers off, so it is no harder having a PET machine while playing your books. You actually don’t have to do anything except call Bingo if you win,


** Every person on the night MUST purchase an 18 book package
** You cannot bring a non-paying friend and split books.
** Minimum $20 deposit required upon booking. You are welcome to leave as much as you like, or pay up front.
** Limited packages available. If required, a waiting list will be available.
** Full payment required by Friday 19th July, 10:00pm. No exceptions or extensions. Any packages not paid in full by this date will automatically be cancelled without contacting the person, and their package will be offered to the next in line on the waiting list
** Refunds available until Friday 19th July, 10:00pm After this date, you can only nominate another player on your behalf if you cannot make it on the night. Extenuating circumstances will be considered, but this will be decided at BBC’s discretion.
** Refunds will be issued in currency paid (so Bingo Bucks payments are refunded as Bingo Bucks)
** No receipt - no entry.
** Bookings & paid packages are transferrable to another person upon request. We require verbal permission from the original player, the full name of the new player, and the new player MUST have the original receipt and ID.
** All prizes $1000 and over will be issued by cheque
** Only cash or Bingo Bucks can be accepted as payment. NO personal cheques or EFTPOS. If you live a distance from Ballarat, contact Lisa or Paul and have a chat as to how we can make the payment process easier for you.
