Ballarat Bingo Fundraiser

Did you know that you can hold a fundraiser for your kindergarten, school or sporting club at Ballarat Bingo Centre?

It’s so simple! Nothing to buy, sell or organise other than your book purchases!

You will receive 50% back of your total sales! It’s that’s simple! Sell more books, get more money!

How it works:

  • Contact the office to book your preferred date, arrange pick up of voucher books, usually 2-3 weeks in advance.
  • Sell vouchers in lieu of books,  
    • (1 book played = 1 voucher. 2 books played = 2 vouchers, etc)
    • “Book” can be paper or electronic. Patrons can purchase both for themselves
  • Minimum sales: 50 vouchers (books). More vouchers can be arranged if you sell out of vouchers quickly.
  • You will receive 50% of your total sales.
  • On the night, the organiser is to bring in all monies, and unsold vouchers. Participants bring their vouchers and exchange them for their books
  • A cheque will be made out to your organisation during the following week
  • We can reserve tables for participants. Please notify us on the day of your booking, how many seats you would like reserved.
  • Doors open 6:30pm, book sales from 7:00pm. Eyes down 7:45pm. Night concludes 9:40pm (Tuesday nights)
  • Doors open 1:00pm, book sales from 1:15pm. Eyes down 2:00pm. Day concludes 3:50pm (Sundays)
  • Participants must be aged 18+
  • IMPORTANT! We MUST know the amount of people who are playing PET machines on your session. We need to sit that number of PET machines aside for your fundraiser. PLEASE ADVISE US ON THE DAY OF YOUR FUNDRAISER (by 12pm for Sunday’s and 6pm for Tuesday’s)
